Takeo Ogusuku was born on May 25, 1928. He was the son of Taro Ogusuku. He served in the 32nd Infantry Regiment, 7th Infantry Division, as a Private First Class and Light Weapons Infantryman during the Korean War.

PFC Ogusuku was Killed in Action on August 26, 1951, in North Korea. His remains were not recovered. He is now buried in the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Honolulu, Honolulu County, Hawaii, USA.
