WILLBY FUNERAL TUESDAY The funeral of William H. J. Willby, chaplain in the United States army, who died last week at sea, will be held at 2 o'clock Tuesday afternoon at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Willby, 2055 Pierce street.
