Thomas N. Savino was born on August 6, 1915 in New York. He served as a Technician 5th Grade in the Headquarters Detachment, Office of Strategic Service, during World War II. He, along with 14 other soldiers were executed by the German Army in Italy on March 26, 1944 at the age of 28.
