Wrestling Cabot Brewster was born on June 15, 1891 in Elizabeth, New Jersey. He was the son of Kenderton Smith Brewster and Wilhemina Douglas Cabot Brewster. Wrestling Cabot attended Princeton University and graduated in 1913 as a civil engineer and returned as an instructor. After his father died, he took over the Export Freight Brokerage firm. A few months earlier in June, he received his commission as first lieutenant in the Construction Division of the Ordinance Department. He was in Dayton, Ohio engaged in the building of munition plants when he took ill. He continued with his duties despite his fever and returned home to Elizabeth. He died of pneumonia at the home of his mother after a weeks illness. He is now buried in the Evergreen Cemetery, Hillside, Union County, New Jersey, USA.
