CASUALTY: During his service in World War I, Army First Lieutenant Weld experienced a critical situation which ultimately resulted in loss of life on October 11, 1918. REMEMBERED: Aaron Davis Weld is buried or memorialized at Plot A Row 39 Grave 19, Meuse-Argonne American Cemetery, Romagne, France. This is an American Battle Monuments Commission location.
