Frank Austin Gaddy, Jr. was born on January 9, 1923. Frank is the son of Frank Austin Gaddy, Sr and Claudia E. (Childs) Gaddy. Frank married Mary Katherine NOLING between 1940 and 1942 at Roswell, Chaves Co., NM. He served in the U.S. Army during the Normandy Invasion of World War II as a Technician Fifth Grade in A Company, 506th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 101st Airborne Division. He entered the service in New Mexico. He died on October 1, 1979 and is now buried in Union Cemetery, Gustine, Comanche County, Texas, USA.
