The site is located in the center of the city of Cetinje next to the Wallachian Church (Vlaške crkv) in a large city square. Cetinje is the old Royal Capital of Montenegro and the President of Montenegro lives in the city in the “Blue Palace”. Cetinje is the administrative seat of the Cetinje Municipality.
