The site is located in agricultural lands (Galovica Field) outside the town of Pranjani, Serbia. Pranjani is located in the Municipality of Gornji Milanovac in the region of Šumadija and Western Serbia, about 135 kilometers southwest of Belgrade. The Galovica field is about 4 kilometers north of Pranjani town center.
