The site is located adjacent to a private residence in the Swiss village of Bätterkinden. Bätterkinden is a municipality in the administrative district of Emmental in the canton of Bern in Switzerland. Bätterkinden is located about 20 kilometers north of Bern and is the site located west of the village center near the intersection of Kyburgstrasse and Zahringerstrasse. The site is very close to the B-17 Museum in Utzenstorf which is just across the river Emme. This memorial is hard to find and suggest contacting the B-17 Museum in Utzenstorf to arrange a visit.
