The site is along a roadway about 1 kilometer north of the historic center of Horažďovice. Horažďovice is a town in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic. It lies on the Otava River, about 50 km (31 mi) to the South-East from the region capital of Plzeň. The site is just off the road on a small hillock attached to a white tower looking structure (chapel).
