The site is located in the town center of Volary on the Municipal Building (budova obecního úřadu). Volary (German: Wallern) is a town in the South Bohemian Region (Jihočeský kraj) of the Czech Republic. It is located in the Bohemian Forest in the Šumava Mountains close to the border with Germany. The site is located on the outside of the building between two windows.
