The site is located near the village of Prádlo and the town of Nepomuk. Nepomuk (German: Pomuk) is a town in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic. Nepomuk lies on the Mihovka River, some 30 km (19 mi) to the south-southwest of the regional capital of Plzeň. The site lies on Dubec Hill in a wooded site 4.5 kilometers north of the city of Nepomuk.
