The site is on a remote spot just under the peak of Chessler Mountain (2,836m) overlooking the Schlappintal valley in Switzerland. The administrative town is Klosters-Sernues, but the site is very remote and difficult to find. The Chessler is a mountain of the Silvretta Alps, overlooking the valley of Monbie and Schlappintall, east of Klosters in the canton of Graubünden.
