The Belfast City Hall is the civic building of the Belfast City Council located in Donegall Square. It faces North and effectively divides the commercial and business areas of the city center. The American memorial is set on the north side of the city hall perimeter. Access through the north gate is opposite the Donegall Place and Donegall Square North/A1 road junction.
