Description:

The site contains a monument to all USAAF personnel who served in this airfield during World War II, and a museum to one of these units, the 94th Bomber Group.

Rougham Airfield is situated on the north side of the industrial estate of Battlies Green. The entrance road to the museum and memorial site overlooks a traffic circle that is the second traffic circle to the west of the Skyliner Sports Center. Rougham airfield is about 2.5 miles north of Rougham village center and over 3 miles east of St Bury Edmunds town center. A car parking area is available to the east upon entering the former airfield next to the museum.
