The church of La Vacquerie is in the center of the former commune. The former commune of La Vacquerie joined the commune of Caumont-sur-Aure with two other municipalities on January 1, 2017. The church is approximately 2 km west of Caumont-sur-Aure center. The memorial is on the back side of the church facing a school.
