The site is a sculpture park dedicated to ecology. This city park is situated on the southwest side of the city center, approximately 70 meters east of the Starokonyushennyy Pereulok and Sivtsev Vrazhek Pereulok junction. Despite confrontation between the U.S. and Russian Governments during recent years, it appears that the monument still stands in this location.
