The cemetery is situated about 1.3 km northeast of the Châteauroux center. The entrance to the military square #1 is located about 230 meters south of the main entrance along the Rue des Etats-Unis road. This cemetery is divided into two military squares. The ISOB is located in the Carré militaire section along with other military graves.
