The site is located approximately 5.6 km north of Vilseck Town Hall, within Rose Barracks, adjacent to Building 602 and near the 1st Squadron, 2nd Cavalry Regiment area. It sits in a small open space surrounded by unit buildings and parking areas, just west of Constabulary Boulevard, and access requires a valid military ID or prior coordination for visitors without a U.S. military ID.
