The site is situated approximately 1.5 km southeast of Ormoc City Hall, near the junction of Larrazabal and Malacadios Streets. It is positioned along the waterfront, on the southern side of the Ormoc City Museum grounds, immediately north of the shoreline of Ormoc Bay and southeast of the Port of Ormoc.
