On the south west corner of Ishigaki island on the inland side of the coastal road, south of Fusaki Beach and overlooking the nearby island of Iriomote. The site is just off the road adjacent to the Toujin Tomb. The site is also known as the also know as the Bilingual Memorial Monument.
