Louis Di Giralamo entered the military service in Texas. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II as a Private in Company I, 505th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 82nd Airborne Division. He was Killed in Action on January 3, 1945 during the unit’s attack on Fosse, Belgium, and is now buried in Henri-Chapelle American Cemetery, Hombourg, Belgium.
