Frederick L. Repard was born on May 13, 1914 in Pennsylvania. He enlisted in the Army on November 12, 1941, prior to the war, at Fort Niagara, Youngstown, New York. He was noted as being Single, without dependents. He resided at Rochester, Monroe County, New York prior to the war. Frederick served as a Technician Fifth Grade in the U.S. Army during World War II. He died from his wounds received in battle on November 19, 1944 in Germany at the age of 30 and is now buried in Jersey Shore Cemetery, Jersey Shore, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, USA. His name is commemorated on the First Infantry monument in Henri-Chapelle, Belgium and ranked as a Corporal.
