Johnnie L. Brown was born on September 10, 1922. He enlisted in the Army on January 19, 1943. He resided in Fremont County, Wyoming prior to the war. Johnnie served as a Private First Class, 26th Infantry Division, 1st Infantry Division, U.S. Army during World War II. He died from his wounds received in battle on November 25, 1944 in Germany at the age of 22 and is now buried in Saint Stephen's Cemetery, Arapahoe, Fremont County, Wyoming, USA.
