Earl Deeter was born on August 7, 1925. He was the son of Lester Elwood Deeter and Helen Emma VanBuskirk Deeter. Earl served in the U.S. Army during World War II as a Private First Class in Company I, 18th Infantry Regiment, 1st Infantry Division. He died on September 11, 1944 in Belgium at the age of 19 and is now buried in Pleasant View Cemetery, Sinking Spring, Berks County, Pennsylvania, USA.
