Willard B. Gregg was born in 1915. He was a graduate of the Unionville High School and had been working out of the State Co-op headquarters at Harrisburg when inducted. He entered the service and trained at Camp Blanding, Florida. He went overseas in July 1944 with a group of replacement men and was wounded three times. Willard served in the U.S. Army during World War II as a Private in the 1st Infantry Division. He was Killed in Action on November 28, 1944 in Germany and is now buried in Union Hill Cemetery, Kennett Square, Chester County, Pennsylvania, USA.
