Carl Henry Blouch was born on March 6, 1925. He was the son of Aaron Longenecker Blouch and Katie M. Steck Blouch. Carl served in Battery B, 285th Field Artillery Observation Battalion as a Corporal during World War II. He died on December 17, 1944 at the age of 19 and is now buried in the Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, Arlington County, Virginia, USA. He was one of the victims of Malmedy massacre near Malmedy, Belgium.
