William David Nadler was born on March 30, 1912. He served in the 561st Bomber Squadron, 388th Bomber Group, Heavy, as a Technical Sergeant and Radio Operator of #42-30210 aircraft during World War II. A member of the Penn crew, he was killed when their plane crashed on July 30, 1943. Tsgt Nadler is now buried in the Mount Moriah Cemetery, Fairview, Bergen County, New Jersey, USA. He was one of the many brave Americans of the 388th Bomber Group who lost their lives in aerial operations against the German forces from June 1943 - August 1945.
