Frank J. Kay was born in 1922 in Cleveland, Ohio. He was the son of Joseph Anthony Kay and Anna Kurzawa Kay. Frank served in the 554th Bomber Squadron, 386th Bomber Group, Medium, as a First Lieutenant during World War II. He was Killed in Action on March 14, 1945 flying aboard A-26C 43-22642 and is now buried in the Ardennes American Cemetery, Neupr�, Belgium.
