Peter Greene Morison was born on March 13, 1917 in Concord, Masachusetts. He was the son of Samuel Eliot Morison and Elizabeth Amory Shaw Greene Morison. He joined and was commissioned in the Royal Navy Volunteer Reserve on November 10, 1941. Peter died on March 8, 1969 at the age of 51 in Kingston, Jamaica and is now buried in the Center Cemetery, Tremont, Hancock County, Maine, USA.
