Details:

On the floor of the Painted hall under the frieze with an inscription of “MARIĆ AUSPICIIS”.
Plaque 2 larger white marble plaques with 2 smaller plaques below inscribed in English text. The plaques commemorate the “First Three” American servicemen and 22 Americans who joined the Royal Navy between 1939 and the bombing of Pearl Harbour in 1941.
