Dominick Licata, aged 25, was born on February 1, 1919. He served in the 569th Bomber Squadron, 390th Bomber Group, Heavy, as a Technical Sergeant and Radio Operator on the B-17 #42-107070 during World War II. He was Killed in Action on December 27, 1944, when his airplane crashed near Parham, England. TSgt Licata is now buried in the Long Island National Cemetery, East Farmingdale, Suffolk County, New York, USA.
