The site includes two memorials: one Isolated Burial (ISOB) of a Belgian-American who was killed serving in the US Army in the First World War in France during the Meuse Argonne Offensive; and, the second a cenotaph for a World War 2 American Aviator who is listed as MIA while piloting a British Bomber.

The site is a city community cemetery adjacent to a Commonwealth Graves Cemetery (CWGC) located in Antwerp, (Antwerpen), Belgium. The cemetery itself is located in Wilrijk, a suburb of Antwerp. Antwerpen Schoonselhof Communal Cemetery has War memorials for the graves of 1,557 British Commonwealth soldiers who died fighting in World War I and World War II and Schoonselhof Cemetery) has graves over 1000 Belgian soldiers and other allied soldiers (France, Poland, Russia. After entering the communal cemetery follow the Commission signs to the three Commission plots at the far end of the cemetery.
