The site contains two memorials to the crew and crash of the B-17 #41-24608 ‘Yahoodi’ of the 359th Bomber Squadron, 303rd Bomb Group. On the arrow on the picture above is an info sign while encircled is the main monument.

The site is at a place called Bayz sur Mer. This is near the Plage Valentin beach, at the western end of Rue Appert road, about 550 meters southwest of the D245 roundabout.
