The site is located in the Cerageto Locality in the town of Castiglione di Garfagnana. The site is located in the hilltop town (850m) cemetery about 60 kilometers north of Lucca and about 5 kilometers north of Castiglione di Garfagnana; this area was liberated by the 92nd Infantry Division ‘Buffalo Soldiers’ during WW2.
