Torigny-les-Villes Fire Station

Description:

In the front yard of the fire station is a monument commemorating American soldiers of the 35th Infantry Division who liberated the Torigni-sur-Vire during World War II. Torigni-sur-Vire, also known as Torigny, is a former commune that was reformed in 2016 to Torigny-les-Villes.

The fire station is situated about 5.4 km north of Torigny-les-Villes town hall, at the junction of Rue Havin and Avenue de la Gare. The memorial is placed near the junction of Rue Havin with Chemin de la Guinguette.
