Robert L. Schlieker was born in 1920. He served in the 362nd Fighter Squadron, 357th Fighter Group as a 2nd Lieutenant during World War II. A Fighter pilot, 2LT Schlieker was killed in the crash of his plane on January 13, 1945. He is buried now in the Lake View Cemetery, Cleveland, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, USA.
