Edwin R. Sutton was born in 1919. He was married to Elda Ray Sutton. Edwin served in the 364th Fighter Squadron, 357th Fighter Group as a Second Lieutenant during World War II. A pilot of the P-51B #43-6454 plane, he was Killed in Action when he crashed near Potzehnen, Germany, while chasing the enemy on a bomber support mission. He is buried now in the Mansfield Cemetery, Mansfield, Richland County, Ohio, USA.
