Jack R. Warren entered the military service in California. He served in the 364th Fighter Squadron, 357th Fighter Group as a Captain during World War II. Vanished in bad weather, he was declared missing on August 2, 1945, and is memorialized on the Tablets of the Missing, Cambridge American Cemetery, Cambridge, United Kingdom. CPT Warren was last seen near Ostend, Belgium on an escort and support mission to Augsburg, Germany on March 18, 1944, in the P-51B #43-12124 aircraft and may have crashed in the North Sea.
